Chat to delegate
Ask in plain words, in the app or on Telegram. Donna will ask a follow-up only if she needs one.
Your AI assistant with her own phone number. In development · Coming soon to iPhone
Preview of what we're building. Illustrative example; names, times and numbers are made up.
We're building Donna to make the calls you don't want to: booking appointments, waiting on hold, sorting out bills. You'll tell her what you need, and she'll call from her own number and send you a recap.
Also on your desktop: Donna for Mac
How it will work In development
Here's the experience we're building. Details may change as we test it.
You'll chat with her in the app or on Telegram, like you'd message a friend. "Book me a dentist cleaning next week, mornings." More channels are planned.
Donna will check with you first, then call from her own Donna number. She'll get through phone menus, wait on hold, and talk it through.
When the call ends, you'll get the outcome, a short summary and the full transcript, with next steps like "Add to calendar."
What we're building In development
These are the features we're working on now. Some may change before launch.
Ask in plain words, in the app or on Telegram. Donna will ask a follow-up only if she needs one.
Donna will call from a dedicated Donna number, so your personal number stays yours.
"Press 2 for billing." She'll navigate phone menus and wait on hold, so you don't have to.
If she gets stuck mid-call, she'll ask you in the app. You'll also be able to listen in or take over at any point.
Forward the calls you can't answer to Donna. She'll take a message and send you a recap.
ID numbers will come from a Face ID-locked vault on your phone, or she'll ask you live. By default, she'll check with you before every call.
On every call, Donna will say she's an AI assistant and that the call is recorded and transcribed.
Every call will end with an outcome, a summary and the transcript, saved in your call history.
Why her own number
We're designing Donna with her own identity, starting with her own phone number. You won't hand over your passwords or log her into your accounts. She'll call as your assistant, the way a human assistant would.
Her own email and payment card are planned for later.

We're planning for Israel and the US first, with Hebrew and English in mind from the start, and iPhone first. Which countries, phone numbers and languages are supported at launch may change as we build.
No. Donna is being designed to always introduce herself as an AI assistant calling on your behalf, and to say the call is recorded and transcribed.
No. Donna will call from her own number and won't log into your accounts. If a call needs something like an ID number, the plan is for her to take it from a Face ID-locked vault on your phone or ask you during the call.
That's not the plan. By default, Donna will check with you before every call, and you'll be able to follow along live, answer her questions, or take over.
Yes. Donna won't make emergency calls or payments over the phone.
Probably, yes. Everything on this page describes what we're building now. We'll keep testing with early users and adjust, so some details may look different at launch.
